DENGUECHECK™ NS1 is a rapid, qualitative immunochromatographic test for the detection of Dengue NS-1 antigen in human serum/plasma samples. This test is particularly useful for early diagnosis of dengue infection, as NS-1 antigen appears during the acute phase of the illness, often before antibodies are detectable.

Principle:
The test is based on a two-site, self-performing immunoassay on a lateral flow membrane. Dengue NS-1 antigen, if present in the sample, forms an immune complex with colloidal gold-conjugated anti-NS1 antibodies and is captured at the test window (T). A visible red line indicates a positive result, while the control line (C) confirms test validity.
