DENGUECHECK™ COMBO is a rapid, qualitative immunochromatographic test designed for the detection of Dengue NS-1 antigen and IgG/IgM antibodies to Dengue virus in human serum/plasma samples. The kit contains two separate devices – one for NS-1 antigen detection and another for IgG/IgM antibody differentiation, making it an efficient and comprehensive tool for early as well as later stage dengue diagnosis.
Principle:
The test is based on a two-site, self-performing lateral flow immunoassay.
NS-1 Antigen Device: Detects Dengue NS-1 antigen using monoclonal anti-dengue NS-1 antibodies conjugated with colloidal gold, producing a visible line in the test region.
IgG/IgM Antibody Device: Detects Dengue virus-specific IgG and IgM antibodies. Separate test lines (G for IgG, M for IgM) confirm antibody presence, while the control line ensures test validity.
